Q: Wait, What Happened to All Cozed Up & Bun Factory?

A: If you're reading this, and asking this question, you probably follow this site and/or any of our social media accounts, and used to know it as All Cozed Up or Bun Factory. We're currently working on fleshing out a new variation on our former pursuits. Stay with us for more weirdness, strange and silliness, and deep-feels.

Shipping:

All Cozed Up is located in the US and ships all orders via the US Postal Service. 

All orders are processed within 2-4 days of placement. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-14 days for US & Canada. For all other locations, shipping depends on your country's postal regulations, but please allow at least 2-3 weeks.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Standard Post. International orders are sent via USPS First Class International and do NOT include tracking. If you would like to upgrade your postage to include tracking, please contact us at hello@allcozedup.com and we will invoice you for the additional cost via PayPal.

All Cozed Up is not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur during international shipment. Please keep this in mind when ordering and be aware of your country's postal policies. We also cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your postage, or upgrade for quicker delivery and we will invoice you for the additional fee. 

Returns:

Custom orders are non-returnable.

Regular orders can be returned within 10 days of receipt in their original condition. Please notify the us by email at hello@allcozedup.com before the return. The client is responsible for return shipping. Credit issued will not include original shipping or any charges related to insurance, tracking, etc on the original package. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn.

All refunds will be issued as a credit via Paypal.

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with All Cozed Up is a positive one.
